STI's are usually caught or passed on by having unprotected (without a condom) anal and/ or oral sex with an infected person. People may not show symptoms therefore not knowing that they maybe carrying or passing on an infection. All Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) can be treated and the majority can be easily cured if diagnosed in the early stages. You can go to your local GUM clinic for a full sexual health screening .
